Every journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discover what makes your heart sing and the story you want your travels to tell.

Every custom itinerary begins with the same thoughtful research and visioning that I put into my frameworks and then moves directly into shaping and booking your journey. I handle the logistics: accommodations, transfers, immersive experiences, and special touches — and provide support before, during, and after your trip.
Pricing begins at $450.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES
- Expedite Fee: $250 for trips departing within 45 days
- Air Travel Services: Airline ticketing is not included in my planning fee. A $75 per-person fee applies when I research and issue stand-alone international flights. If airfare is bundled into a cruise or tour package, no additional fee applies unless special routing, upgrades, or deviations are requested. In-country and regional flights (for example, within Europe or between countries on a multi-stop itinerary) are included as part of my planning services, with no additional ticketing fee.
- Groups of 8+: A customized planning fee will apply. We’ll discuss it together in advance.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Pricing shown starts with the basics: up to two travelers, seven days, one destination.
- Because no two adventures are the same, your final planning fee will be tailored to the number of travelers, the stops along the way, and how long you want your adventure to last.
- Most importantly, we’ll talk it all through together, so you’ll always know upfront if anything additional applies.

A framework is your personalized blueprint for travel — blending storytelling with curated research. You’ll receive a detailed document with destination insights, lodging ideas, and immersive experiences. Some clients use a framework as inspiration; others use it as the foundation for a custom itinerary.
