About Our Fees

Custom Itinerary Planning Fee

This is a professional services fee. 

Our clients are busy people and we save them hours per day of travel planning by providing these services.  On our custom itineraries, we are meticulously combining each step of your itinerary and are crafting each day to ensure that your travel time is spent more efficiently.

To organize a custom itinerary at the level of detail provided by For the Good Times Travel takes a significant amount of time. This fee not only covers that time, but also time spent learning about your ideal vacation, booking and providing trip support.

To keep you moving, we check for unexpected attraction closings, unusual business hours, rail schedules, etc. to ensure you don’t arrive at your destination and have to re-plan! For those times in travel when something goes askew, our on-trip support is here to take on the stress and get a resolution for you while you continue to enjoy your vacation!  

Plus, we’re building these trips with local knowledge and experience!

Reliable Routes Planning Fee

(Standard itinerary)

This is a professional services fee.

This fee covers the time spent learning about the client’s travel needs, working with suppliers, tailoring packages, booking everything, and providing trip support

Hybrid Fees

Hybrid fees are a combination of custom planning and standard itinerary fees and will vary based on your specific needs.  As we talk through how you want to build your itinerary, we’ll be transparent about what these fees look like so you can decide how best to proceed within your budget!
